Close a TransHelp account
A TransHelp passenger (or family member) can close a TransHelp account at any time.
TransHelp may also close an account due to inactivity, specifically if:
- A passenger has not booked a trip within the past 12 months.
- A passenger has not purchased a Taxi Voucher within the last 12 months.
- A passenger’s eligibility date has expired and they have not submitted a new application for review, or an eligibility appeal process, regardless of the above criteria, is underway.

What you need
To close an account you’ll need your TransHelp Client ID.
