Book a specialized travel cross-boundary trip
Cross-boundary trips take TransHelp passengers outside of Peel’s boundaries (beyond Brampton, Caledon or Mississauga). You can travel into other municipalities on a cross-boundary trip by transferring to another specialized public transit provider at a designated transfer point.

How to book
You need to book the first and second part of your trip separately.
Step 1: Call TransHelp
Call TransHelp at 905-791-1015 to book the first part of your trip. A TransHelp representative will tell you the transfer location (transfer point) when you book the first part of your trip.
Step 2: Call the specialized transit agency
Once TransHelp has told you your transfer point, access the list of designated transfer points for the specialized public transit agency that provides cross-boundary trips to your location. Call this agency (for example, Wheel-Trans, Mobility Plus, or care-A-van) to book the second part of your trip to the area you'd like to travel to.
Tell the agency your transfer location (where the first part of your trip ends) and your final destination.
Be sure that you’re familiar with the policies, rules, and regulations of the specialized transit agencies (where applicable) before you book your cross-boundary travel trip.
