Proposed Surplus and Transfer of Permanent Easement Interests Over Region Lands on the Southeast intersection of Main Street South and Wellington Street East – City of Brampton, Ward 3
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and Section 4 that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
To declare permanent easement interests in Region owned lands as surplus and thereafter transferring permanent easement interests in land gratuitously to The Corporation of the City of Brampton; and to Alectra Utilities Corporation; and Rogers Corporation, said lands being described as follows:
Part of Lot 5, Concession 1, East of Hurontario Street (Geographic Township of Chinguacousy), designated as Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 43R-41518, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel
The proposed declaration of permanent easement interests in lands as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to The Corporation of the City of Brampton; and to Alectra Utilities Corporation; and Rogers Corporation will come before Regional Council on:
