Proposed Road Closure and Surplus and Transfer of Permanent Easement Interests, City of Brampton, Ward 6
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and Section 4(b), (c) and (d) that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
To declare a Road Closure and Surplus and Transfer of Permanent Easement Interests Over a Portion of Mississauga Road as surplus and thereafter transferring permanent easement interests in land gratuitously to Alectra Utilities Corporation; and ARGO TFP Brampton II Limited, said lands being described as follows:
Firstly: Part of Lot 12, Concession 5, West of Hurontario Street, (Geographic Township of Chinguacousy), designated as Part 1 on draft strata plan 22194r07b, JOB No. 22-194; Secondly: Part of Road Allowance Between Concessions 4 and 5, West of Hurontario Street, designated as Part 2 on draft strata plan 22194r07b, JOB No. 22-194; Thirdly: Part of Lot 12, Concession 4, West of Hurontario Street, (Geographic Township of Chinguacousy), designated as Part 3 on draft strata plan 22194r07b, JOB No. 22-194; City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel
The proposed declaration of permanent easement interests in lands as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to Alectra Utilities Corporation; and ARGO TFP Brampton II Limited will come before Regional Council on:
