The event, held at Alderlea in Brampton, was informed by insights from needs assessments involving 195 engagements with B3 organizations. These assessments highlighted critical gaps in operational and financial health, prompting this first-of-its-kind initiative to provide leaders with tools, strategies, and collaborative opportunities to enhance organizational sustainability.

Key discussions focused on improving financial processes, building governance structures, and fostering partnerships to address current and future challenges. A highlight of the event was the emphasis on cross-collaboration and coalition building which was demonstrated by a Panel discussion featuring industry leaders and subject-matter experts in the B3 sector landscape. Best practices were shared on how best to respond to emerging challenges and showcased how partnerships among B3 organizations enhance resiliency, while helping participants strengthen relationships and establish pathways for collaboration.
