Peel Region appoints Jayne Holmes as Senior Director of Real Property and Asset Management

BRAMPTON, Ont. (October 17, 2025) - Peel Region is pleased to announce the appointment of Jayne Holmes as Senior Director of Real Property and Asset Management, effective October 27, 2025.
In this role, Jayne will oversee the strategic leadership of Peel’s real estate, facilities, emergency management, and capital planning and project delivery portfolios, leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient real property and asset management services across the organization.
Jayne brings more than 30 years of experience in municipal infrastructure, facilities management, and capital delivery. She joins Peel from the City of Guelph, where she has served as Deputy CAO, Infrastructure, Development and Environment since 2021. She has also held previous senior leadership roles with the City of Brampton and City of Mississauga, as well as in the private sector.
A Professional Engineer, Jayne holds a Civil Engineering degree, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, LEED Accredited Professional designation, and a Principles of Asset Management Certificate.
Recognized for her collaborative leadership and commitment to sustainability, Jayne’s values align strongly with Peel’s culture of innovation and excellence.
