Peel Region appoints Deborah Arsenault as Director of Human Resources

Brampton, ON. (May 16, 2023) - Peel Region announces Deborah Arsenault as the new Director

 of Human Resources. In her role, Deborah will provide strategic leadership and direction to the human resources team to ensure the delivery of human resources services and programs.

Over her 25-year career, Deborah held several senior human resources positions, most recently as Head of HR Operations and Employee Service Centre Extendicare Inc. and Global Head, HR Business Excellence at Citco Group of Companies.

Deborah has extensive expertise developing innovative forward-thinking solutions and aligning workforce practices with organizational governance to effectively improve operations. She is passionate about designing and implementing efficient HR processes and systems to foster equitable and inclusive work environments.

Deborah is a Certified Human Resources Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Administration, from the University of Ottawa, as well as several leadership certifications from Schulich School of Business and Rotman School of Management. Learn more about Deborah here.
