BRAMPTON, ON (December 5, 2023) - This December, at the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) join us and explore the magical exhibitions, events, and activities that we have to offer this holiday season.
Discover affordable fun for the whole family at PAMA and other locations in downtown Brampton this holiday season:
- Affordable PAMA admission: $10 admits 2 adults and up to 5 kids to our exhibitions and events.
- Free PAMA admission: If price is a barrier, sign out a FREE PAMA admission pass at any Brampton, Caledon or Mississauga Library.
- Restaurant discounts: Get food discounts when you show your PAMA admission tag at select downtown Brampton restaurants. Pick up your discount options at PAMA.
- PAMA store sale: Find great gift ideas at the PAMA store and don't miss our holiday sale from Dec. 11-22, with items up to 50% off.
- Experience all that downtown Brampton has to offer! Visit PAMA for out-of-this-world events, skate at Gage Park and experience the delightful Winter Wonderland lights.
Our out-of-this-world events and activities:
VR Experience with MDA Space
Saturday, Dec. 9, 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Explore the International Space Station in this exciting 360-degree space VR experience! Watch the playback of on-orbit operations that took place on the station.
This program is drop-in and ideal for ages 6 and up. Guardians must accompany their children. Sessions will last 15 minutes with 5 people per session. The program is included with general admission and members are free.
Folk Music Night with Brampton Folk Club
Thursday, Dec. 14, 7-8:30 p.m.
Enjoy the musical talents of local artists and explore our historic spaces with an intimate concert experience featuring the Brampton Folk Club. The theme of the evening is "Changing Landscapes" with the duos Ablett & Cooper and Mark Yan and Barry Mulcahy.
This event is included with general admission. Members are free. Recommended for adults, but all music lovers are welcome.
Winter Break at PAMA: Magical Worlds
Dec. 27-29 and Jan. 2-5, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 24, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
This winter break, step into a world of imagination and creativity as we explore captivating exhibitions and daily instructor-led, drop-in activities. Engage in hands-on projects that are designed to spark curiosity and transport us to extraordinary realms.
These activities are recommended for ages 5-12; guardians must accompany children. These are drop-ins and are included in general admission. Members are free.

Holiday Hours: Please note that PAMA will be closed Sunday, December 24; Monday, December 25; Tuesday, December 26, 2023, and Monday January 1, 2024.
PAMA will be closing at 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 31.
