BRAMPTON, ON (October 19) - Peel Region's Digital Peel Program has launched its first new online service on Peel’s website. Peel residents can now register online for the Prenatal Program.

Digital Peel is a multi-year program which provides residents with a consistent user experience, helping them find important service information online quickly, such as eligibility, fees, how to apply or initiate a service, and contact information.

Peel plans to design, digitize, and implement a core set of 27 services. Digital Peel will create process efficiencies and cost savings through the implementation of an end-to-end digital service delivery model. Cost savings are achieved by not using channels such as regular mail, in-person, and phone options.

Additionally, Peel residents can receive a better customer experience through 16 new digital forms that replaced outdated web forms. The forms reduce security risks, enable process efficiencies, and ensure accessibility.

The new forms are:

  1. Water billing account change
  2. Special event application for organizers and vendors
  3. New business or changes to a business
  4. Customer feedback
  5. Formal complaint
  6. TransHelp eligibility appeal
  7. Public Health property information request
  8. Breastfeeding companions program registration
  9. Stagnant water reporting
  10. Childcare services feedback
  11. Critical water user registration
  12. Accessible format request
  13. Pool, spa or splash pad opening notification
  14. Adopt-a-road application
  15. Peel health professionals onboarding registration
  16. Peel health professionals COVID vaccine ordering

At Peel, we're always looking for ways to make it easier for residents and businesses to access services and programs. Digital Peel will modernize our business processes and save taxpayers money.
