Manager

The Manager, Community Support Services, provides leadership and direction to manage the community support services programs and their delivery across multiple sites.

Supervisor

The Supervisor manages Virtual Adult Day Services and provides leadership to the team ensuring that clients receive coordinated, collaborative, quality care and services. The Supervisor also oversees the inter-professional team within the program and liaises with external partners.

Adult Day Services Assistants

Virtual recreation programs are facilitated by ADS Assistants who provide person-centred programming for older adults. Our team members are experienced in therapeutic recreation and bring best practices to each program.

Coordinator

The Coordinator works with clients and caregivers who are interested in registering for the Virtual ADS program. They stay up to date on community resources and available education sessions and provide ongoing support for technology issues or inquiries. The Coordinator also liaises with external partners.
