CSWB Seed Funding
Through Peel’s Community Safety and Well-being (CSWB) Plan, community organizations can submit an expression of interest by September 14 for funding to lead the following initiatives:
Child, Youth, and Family Events (2026)
Plan and deliver community events that improve access to programs, services, and opportunities for equity-deserving children, youth, and families in Peel, while advancing one or more goals of the CSWB Plan.
Redevelopment of the Peel Youth Charter (2026-27)
Engage youth in a co-design process to transform the Peel Youth Charter into a living, action-oriented social contract that mobilizes businesses and community partners to create safe, welcoming, accessible, youth-friendly spaces for young people 14 to 24 years.
Roadmap to Middle Childhood (2026-27)
Develop an evidence-informed, community-driven roadmap that identifies gaps, opportunities, priorities, and coordinated actions to improve outcomes for children 7 to 14 years.
Submit expression of interest
We invite applications from community organizations interested in using innovative and collaborative approaches to advance these initiatives.
Organizations interested in applying are encouraged to request the full expression of interest or ask any questions.
Application deadline is September 14 by 11:59 p.m.
