Access Primary Care is a program led by the Central West Ontario Health Team, Hills of Headwaters Collaborative, and Mississauga Health Team that connects residents in Peel to a local family doctor or nurse practitioner.

Access Primary Care program:

• Provides quicker access to a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
• Provides consistent care closer to come.
• Is covered by OHIP or Interim Federal Health Program.
