Street affected: Centreville Creek Road
Temporary road closure
As part of the Flow | South Caledon Program, Peel Region will start installing a new watermain along Centreville Creek Road (Mayfield Road to 1500m south of Healey Road). This work is essential to ensuring we continue delivering high‑quality water services to the community.
At this stage, a temporary road closure will be required to safely complete this work. View attached map.
Traffic impacts
- Centreville Creek Road will be fully closed to all through traffic during the installation of valve chambers. This temporary road closure will take place from Monday June 15, 2026 and finish in 6 weeks.
- Access to homes and businesses will be maintained from either Healey Road or Mayfield Road. No through traffic and on-street parking will be allowed in the chamber installation area.
- Postal delivery and municipal garbage collection will continue as usual.
- School Bus access will be maintained between 7-9 a.m. and 3-5 p.m., until June 22nd.
- It will not be possible to turn left or right from Mayfield Road onto Centreville Creek Road.
- Please follow the posted detour routes and traffic control signage.
