Street affected: The Gore Road
Project update
Peel Region is installing new watermain and sanitary sewer along The Gore Road. Under the Town of Caledon Noise Bylaw, tunneling work is allowed to take place continuously, 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, to reduce the impact of our work.
Schedule
This work is expected to start January 12, 2026 and finish by April 30, 2026. During this time, we do not anticipate there to be significant noise. Materials will be delivered and removed between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to minimize impacts.
Construction safety
Construction zones require extra caution to keep everyone safe. Be aware of your surroundings when driving, walking, or biking near the construction area.
