Project 23-2272 – December 17, 2025 update
Streets affected: Clarkway Drive, Humber Station Road, and Healey Road
Project update
Peel Region has been installing new watermains and sanitary sewers along Clarkway Drive, Humber Station Road and Healey Road. This work is required to keep providing you with high-quality water and wastewater services.
The remaining work has been put on hold due to the weather. We’ll shut down for the winter starting Saturday December 20, 2025. We will leave the construction site in a safe condition.
What to expect
We expect to start again on Monday January 12, 2026.
- Roads will be paved before the winter shutdown begins.
- Peel Region will be responsible for garbage collection, and the current collection schedule will be maintained.
- During the break, road maintenance – including snow removal – will remain the responsibility of the project team.
- The contractor and work crew will return to the site on January 12, 2026.
We plan to finish all work by the end of 2026. More details will be shared in follow-up notices.
