Derry Road – McLaughlin Road to Tomken Road

Peel Region has initiated a corridor study and preliminary design for Derry Road from 250 metres west of McLaughlin Road to Tomken Road in the City of Mississauga.
The objective of the project is to identify and recommend improvements that enhance safety for all road users while maintaining regional infrastructure in a state of good repair. The study is focused on opportunities to improve intersection and traffic operations, enhance cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, and improve overall accessibility along the corridor, without widening Derry Road beyond the existing six lanes.
