Early years and child care feedback
Your voice matters. Together we create an inclusive and responsive early years and child care system.
At Peel Region, our goal is to build an early years and child care system that is welcoming for everyone. This includes licensed child care centres, licensed home child care, EarlyON Child and Family Centres, and Peel Inclusion Resource Services (PIRS).
All families deserve to be treated with dignity and respect in early years and child care programs. No one should feel left out or treated differently because they receive financial support, have a child who needs extra support, or because of their background, identity, or life circumstances. If this happens to you, we want to hear about it.
We’d love to hear what’s gone well for you. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working so we can build on it and keep improving.
How to share feedback
- Talk to your EarlyON, PIRS, or child care provider. If you feel comfortable, start by speaking with your provider. They may be able to help.
- If you still have feedback, you can share your experience using our form. We’ll review it and connect you with the right support.
We’re here to listen and to help ensure every family feels safe, supported, and included.
If we’re unable to assist with your feedback, you may be directed to a more appropriate resource or support.
It’s important to understand your rights. To learn more, please refer to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
