    The vision

Indwell purchased a vacant lot in Clarkson Village, Mississauga to develop into affordable supportive housing.

This project will support some of Mississauga’s most vulnerable who face housing insecurity including women, BIPOC (black, Indigenous, and other people of colour), and those who live with mental health challenges, addiction, or physical and mental disabilities. Staff members will be on site a few times a week to provide moderate level support and meet with residents.

Creekside Apartments will include a 4-storey apartment building with 51 affordable supportive units. A supportive housing model will connect residents to health and wellness resources while creating a sense of belonging.

The building will include passive house design strategies to enhance efficiency, and feature shared common spaces as well as amenities, services, and staff offices.
