Health equity training for community partners
Advancing equitable health outcomes requires organizations and communities to work together to understand where and why inequities exist and create solutions. These education modules provide an overview of the foundational health equity concepts and strategies for working towards equity.
These courses are provided for the use of community partner agencies to build knowledge about health equity amongst their staff.
