Early childhood professionals shape futures
Peel Region Council recognizes October 21, 2025, Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator Day in Peel. This recognition signals our strong commitment to our EarlyON, licensed child care, and Peel Inclusion Resource Services (PIRS) professionals.
As part of this year’s recognition, we’ll light Peel Region’s main buildings in Brampton and Mississauga blue on the evening of October 21.
Licensed child care and EarlyON are important for Peel’s social and economic well-being, and we need child care workers and early childhood educators. Thank you for helping families and children access, learn and grow in safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces across Peel. Your role is essential to our community and your impact is lasting.
