Sanitary sewer construction
Notice of temporary road closure extended Conservation Drive. Project 15-2153
The Region of Peel has been working in your neighborhood to construct new sanitary sewers along Conservation Drive and Kennedy Road. This work is required to maintain and improve existing wastewater services. To connect the new sanitary sewer to the existing sanitary sewer system west of Dawnridge Trail, we needed to temporarily close Conservation Drive.
Road closure extension
Due to unforeseen site conditions, the temporary road closure on Conservation Drive will be extended until November 2nd, 2022. Conservation Drive will continue to be closed to all through traffic from Hurontario Street to Kennedy Road North.
During this time, a detour route will be clearly marked with road signs. Residents who live on the street will have access to their homes. Access to businesses will be maintained. No through traffic will be allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused by this road closure.
