The Regional Municipality of Peel
By-law number 51-2021

A by-law to amend By-law Number 15-2013 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

Whereas, the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January, 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

And whereas, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 23rd day of September, 2021, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 15-2013 effective October 15, 2021 with respect to removing Regional Road 6 (Embleton Road) from Schedule “A” of the subject by-law;

Now therefore, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 4 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   Column 1 Regional Road No.	Column 2 Side	Column 3 Limits	Column 4 Prohibited Times or Days
   6	North	From a point 520 metres west of Regional Road 1 to a point 885 metres west of Regional Road 1	Anytime

2. That Part 6 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   Column 1 Regional Road No.	Column 2 Side	Column 3 Limits	Column 4 Prohibited Times or Days
   6	Both	From Regional Road 1 to Cliffside Drive	Anytime

3. That Part 8 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   6	The west limit of Regional Road 1	The centre line of Regional Road 19

4. That Part 10 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   Column 1 Regional Road No.	Column 2 From	Column 3 To	Column 4 Times or Days
   6	250 metres west of Cliffside Drive	270 metres east of Heritage Road	8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on school days

5. That Part 11 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   6	Regional Road 1	Heritage Road	Anytime

6. That Part 12 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   6	Heritage Road	The boundary between the Region of Peel and the Region of Halton	Anytime
   19	Regional Road 6	1,240 metres south of Regional Road 107	Anytime

7. That Part 12 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by adding the following:

8. That Part 14 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

   19	1,610 metres north of Regional Road 15	Regional Road 6	Anytime

9. That Part 14 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by adding the following:

   19	1,610 metres north of Regional Road 15	Embleton Road	Anytime

10. That Part 18 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:

    6	Regional Road 1 and Regional Road 19	Anytime

11. This By-law takes effect October 15, 2021.
