A by-law to amend Section 12 of By-law 15-2013, being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.
Whereas the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel on the 24th day of January, 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;
And whereas, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 9th day of May, 2013, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend Section 12 of By-law 15- 2013;
Now therefore, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
When official Lane Designation signs are erected and on display, no person shall use any lane contrary to the designation on the Highway as set out in Schedule A of this by-law, Part 16, Column 1, in which the specified Highways have been divided into clearly marked lanes between the limits set out in Column 2 of the side Part, where each of the lanes indicated in Column 3 is designated for traffic moving only in the direction or directions indicated in Column 4 during the times or days indicated in Column 5 of the said Part.
