The Regional Municipality of Peel
By-law number 2-2016

A by-law to designate a through highway and stop control, to set speed limit and restrict heavy truck and axle load weight on Regional Road 150 (Coleraine Drive) between the west limit of Regional Road 50 (Highway 50) south leg and the west limit of Regional Road 50 (Highway 50) north leg in the City of Brampton and Town of Caledon; and to amend By-law Number 15-2013, being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

Whereas, the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January, 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

And whereas, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by Resolution 2015-846 passed on the 12th day of November 2015, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 15-2013 effective June 1, 2016 with respect to Regional Road 150 (Coleraine Drive);

Now therefore, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

  1. That Part 8 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:
