13 The Commissioner of Public Works is authorized to waive, in whole or in part, the payment of any waste management system fees and charges by any of the City of Brampton, the City of Mississauga, or the Town of Caledon, otherwise payable for dropping off waste at the Region’s Community Recycling Centres, where the local municipality has entered into a written agreement with the Region with respect to same.

14 The Commissioner of Public Works is authorized to waive, in whole or in part, the payment of any waste management system fees and charges by a not‐for‐profit community agency otherwise payable for dropping off waste at the Region’s Community Recycling Centres, where the not‐for‐profit community agency is deemed eligible for same pursuant to Regional policy W20‐07, as may be amended or replaced from time to time.
