The Regional Municipality of Peel

A by-law to amend By-law Number 15-2013 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel and to repeal By-law numbers 121-76, 138-76, 163-76, 34-77, 35-77, 161-77, 91-78 and 107-83.
Whereas, the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;
And whereas, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 11th day of December, 2025, authorized the enactment of a by-law to further amend By-law 15-2013;
And whereas, the Council of the Region has previously authorized the enactment of by-laws to update and consolidate the Regional Road System By-law and include the common names assigned to Regional Roads – most recently by resolution passed on the 13th day of September, 2007;
And whereas, individual standalone by-laws were inadvertently not repealed during prior consolidation efforts;
And whereas, the Council of the Region has previously authorized the enactment of by-laws to update and consolidate the Regional Road System By-law and include the common names assigned to Regional Roads – most recently by resolution passed on the 13th day of September, 2007;
Now therefore, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
- That By-law Numbers 121-76, 138-76, 163-76, 34-77, 35-77, 161-77, 91-78 and 107-83 are hereby repealed.
That Part 1 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:
