Proposed Surplus and Transfer of a Permanent Easement Interest over a 0.3m Reserve Abutting Britannia Road West (Regional Road 3), West of Hurontario Street - City of Mississauga, Ward 5
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and Section 4 that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
To declare a permanent hydro easement interest in Region owned land as surplus and thereafter transferring a permanent hydro easement interest in land gratuitously to Alectra Utilities Corporation, said lands being described as follows:
Part of Lot 5, Concession 1, West of Hurontario Street, designated as Part 3 on Reference Plan 43R-20199 (Geographic Township of Toronto), City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel (being PIN 13188-0298 (LT)).

The proposed declaration of a permanent hydro easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to Alectra Utilities Corporation will come before Regional Council on:
