Portion of Road Transfer - Mayfield Road and McVean Road - City of Brampton, Ward 10 - ROS-22212
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and Section 4 that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
To declare fee simple interest in Region owned land as surplus and thereafter transferring fee simple interest in land gratuitously to The Corporation of the City of Brampton said lands being described as follows:
Part of Lot 17, Concession 8, Northern Division, (geographic Township of Toronto Gore) City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 43R-39476
The proposed surplus declaration and transfer of Region owned lands to The Corporation of the City of Brampton will come before Regional Council on:
