Churchville Village public information centre traffic safety meeting
The City of Brampton and Region of Peel are hosting a public information centre, in conjunction with the area councillors for Wards 2 & 6, to provide an update and solicit feedback from area residents with respect to traffic safety concerns in Churchville Village.
The City of Brampton will be providing an update on upcoming countermeasures being introduced within the Village. The Region of Peel will be presenting infomation pertaining to the left turn prohibitions at Steeles Avenue West and Churchville Road, and will be soliciting feedback to deternine if the prohibitiion is still required.

Steeles Avenue at Churchville Road Left-turn Prohibition
Based on survey responses, 70% was in favour of maintaining the westbound left turn time of day prohibition at Steeles Avenue and Churchville Road intersection.
As a result, the westbound left turn prohibition will not be removed and the Traffic By-law 15-2013 will remain unchanged
