Proposed Surplus Declaration and Transfer of a Portion of Region Owned Land to 2206016 Ontario Inc.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and Section 4 that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
- To declare the fee simple interest in certain Region owned lands as surplus and thereafter transferring the lands to 2206016 Ontario Inc., said lands being described as follows:
- Part of Block N, being the One Foot Reserve, Plan 43M-234, lying Southeast of Part 3, on Reference Plan 43R-7999, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 30 on Reference Plan 43R-39976 (being part of PIN 13427-0270).
The proposed declaration of the fee simple interest in lands as surplus and the proposed transfer of said interest to 2206016 Ontario Inc. will come before Regional Council on:
