Proposed surplus declaration and transfer of a permanent easement interest in certain Region owned lands to Alectra Utilities Corporation
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and Section 4 that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
- To declare a permanent hydro easement interest in Region owned land as surplus and thereafter transferring a permanent hydro easement interest in land gratuitously to Alectra Utilities Corporation, said lands being described as follows:
- Part of Lot 10, Concession 3 East of Hurontario Street, City of Mississauga (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 43R-39785 (being part of PIN 13281-0024).
The proposed declaration of a permanent hydro easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to Alectra Utilities Corporation will come before Regional Council on:
