Proposed Surplus and Transfer of Certain Region Owned Lands to The Corporation of the Town of Caledon
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a), Subsection 4(a) and Subsection 4(b) that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
- To declare the fee simple interest in certain Region owned lands as surplus and thereafter transferring the lands to The Corporation of the Town of Caledon, said lands being described as follows:
- Part of Lot 18, Concession 1, West of Hurontario Street, Town of Caledon (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Parts 7, 11, 12 and 13 on Reference Plan 43R-39587 (being part of PIN 14252-0103(LT)).
The proposed declaration of the fee simple interest in lands as surplus and the proposed transfer of said interest in lands to The Corporation of the Town of Caledon will come before Regional Council on:
