Proposed Road Closure, Surplus Declaration and Transfer of Certain Region Owned Lands to Sheridan Capital Management Corp.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a), Subsection 4(a) and Subsection 4(b) that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposal:
- To declare the fee simple interest in certain Region owned lands as surplus and thereafter transferring the lands gratuitously to Sheridan Capital Management Corp., said lands being described as follows:
- Part of Lot 13, Concession 10, Northern Division, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Gore), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 43R-35376 (being PIN 14214-0163).
The proposed declaration of the fee simple interest in lands as surplus and the proposed transfer of said interest in lands to Sheridan Capital Management Corp. will come before Regional Council on:
