Proposed Surplus Declaration and Transfer of Certain Region Owned Lands to Metrolinx and Proposed Surplus Declaration and Transfer of a Temporary Working Easement Interest in Certain Lands to Metrolinx

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a), Subsection 4(a) and Subsection 4(b) that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering the following proposals:

  1. To declare the fee simple interest in certain Region owned lands as surplus and thereafter transferring the lands to Metrolinx, said lands being described as follows:

    Part of Lot 14, Concession 1 West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 1 on draft reference plan Dwg. No. 36211, prepared by A. T. McLaren Limited Legal and Engineering Surveys (being part of PIN 14079-0209).

  2. To declare a temporary working easement interest in certain lands, for a sixty day term, as surplus and thereafter transferring the temporary working easement interest in land to Metrolinx, said lands being described as follows:

    Part of Lot 14, Concession 1 West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 3 on draft reference plan Dwg. No. 36211, prepared by A. T. McLaren Limited Legal and Engineering Surveys (being part of PIN 14079-0209).

The proposed declaration of the fee simple interest in lands as surplus and the proposed declaration of a temporary working easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interests in land to Metrolinx will come before Regional Council on:
