Proposed Surplus Declaration and Transfer of Permanent Easement Interests in Certain Region Owned Lands to Alectra Utilities Corporation
Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a), Subsection 4(a) and Subsection 4(b) that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare the permanent easement interests in certain Region owned lands as surplus and transfer said interests in lands to Alectra Utilities Corporation.
The subject lands are described as follows:
- Part of Lot 14, Concession 1 West of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 2 on draft reference plan Dwg. No. 36211, prepared by A. T. McLaren Limited Legal and Engineering Surveys (being part of PIN 14079-0209);
- Part of Lot 5, Concession 1 West of Hurontario Street, City of Mississauga (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, designated as Part 4 on Reference Plan 43R-20199;
- Reserve Block 8 on Registered Plan 43M-1447, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel.
The proposed declaration of the permanent easement interests in lands as surplus and transfer of said interests in land to Alectra Utilities Corporation will come before Regional Council on:
