Notice of Surplus Declaration and Disposal of Region Owned Lands to 2634938 Ontario Inc.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Resolution 2019-230, adopted by the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel at its meeting on February 28, 2019, and in accordance with By-law 23-95, that the fee simple interest in Region Owned Land has been declared surplus and an Offer to Purchase has been accepted for the transfer of said interest in land to 2634938 Ontario Inc., at market value, said parcel of land being described as follows:
Blocks 10, 11, 12, and 13 on Registered Plan 43M-852, being all of PINs 14089-0199 (LT), 14089-0200 (LT), 14089-0201 (LT), and 14089-0147 (LT), in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel and known municipally as 7500 Danbro Crescent, 7540 Danbro Crescent, 7360 East Danbro Crescent and 7390 East Danbro Crescent, in the City of Mississauga.
