Vacant and Excess Land Subclass Reduction Program
Business owners and residents are invited to provide comments and opinions
We need feedback from Peel residents and business owners on the Vacant and Excess Land Subclass Reduction Program.
This program provides a property tax reduction to property owners who have eligible vacant and/or excess commercial and industrial land as assessed by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC).
Attend a public meeting with Regional staff and local municipalities to learn more and share your thoughts.
