Getting information through routine disclosure

Some information and records are available directly from program areas.

With some exceptions, The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), gives you the right to access certain records that Peel Region keeps.

Routine disclosure means automatically releasing certain information when someone requests it.

Routine disclosure lets Peel Region provide — or give you direct access to — information such as corporate policies or procedures, organizational charts, site plans, or planning applications.

The following content lists the type of information available through routine disclosure and how to access it.

If the information you want isn't listed, you might need to submit Freedom of Information request.
