Resident Satisfaction Survey
Like our Residents' Councils, our Resident Satisfaction Survey is another way for residents to:
- Tell us their concerns.
- Tell us how they feel about the quality of our services.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
Our annual survey asks for feedback in areas such as:
- Personal care and services.
- Housekeeping and laundry.
- Food, and
- General administration.
We offer our residents the option of completing the survey by themselves or with the help of family members.
Each home reviews and shares its individual survey results with its Residents’ Council, Family Council and staff. In response to past survey findings we not only increased resident and family involvement in care planning, but also hired staff to provide care and services to our ethnically diverse residents.

The responses provide valuable insights into the evolving needs and expectations of our clients – which in turn precipitates changes, expansion and improvements to the programs and services we offer.
