Monday to Thursday by appointment only.

Call 905-270-0587 Monday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to speak to our staff.

You will need to wear a non-medical mask or face covering when coming to your appointment.

Birth control, harm reduction and vaccine pick up hours

Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Before you come into Fairview to pick-up your birth control pills you will need to call us to confirm we have your current prescription on file. If we do not have your current prescription, you will need to book an appointment with the clinic doctor before you can pick up your birth control pills.

All clinics are fragrance-free. For everyone's comfort when you visit, don't wear scented perfume, cologne, deodorant, aftershave and hand or body lotion. Thank you.
