Budget work begins each year in February and continues through to end of the year when Council meets to review the proposed business plans and deliberate.

Service business plans and Council presentations
As a service focused municipality, the budget is made up of 21 service business plans. Guided by the strategic plan, each service business plan provides an overview of the service, the pressures facing the service, their direction, and plans over the next 4 years.
Service Business Plans posted are being revised to reflect the changes approved by Council.
