 Presentations
to Committee
Delegations are required to make presentations to Committee
rather than Council, unless the presentation relates
to a specific report before Council.
Committee provides for an informal atmosphere and a
forum which facilitates discussion.
Please notify the Regional Clerk's office in writing
prior to the Council or Committee meeting which you
wish to speak. The Clerk may be reached at 905-791-7800,
ext. 4526.
Delegations to Committee and Council are limited to
10 minutes and five minutes respectively.
