The criteria and guidelines for displaying public alerts.

Alert types

• Warning: this is the standard yellow alert with the exclamation symbol.
• Critical: a red used for critical announcements with the exclamation symbol.
• Informational: like the ciritical alert, this is a non-standard alert and it's usage.

• Yellow (most cases)
• Green
• Red
