How to Get Documents Posted Before November 27
For bid documents posted before November 27:
You can register online (downloadable documents only).
Pick up in person or arrange for your courier to pick up.
Read what to do if your requested document comes with a specified fee.
Courier Pick Up
You can arrange with your own courier service or Purolator to pick up documents that are not available online.
Call us at 905-791-7800 ext. 4303 with the following information:
The document number, your MasterCard or VISA card number and expiry date, your Purolator number if being sent by Purolator.
The document number, your vendor name, contact name, address, phone number, Purolator number if being sent by Purolator. Don't include your credit card information; contact us by phone at 905-791-7800 ext. 4303.

You can pick up documents Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at:
Only documents found on the Region of Peel's site are to be considered the "official" documents. The Region of Peel accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information found on other websites. The onus is on the vendor to check this site to verify they have received all relevant information.
It is the vendor's sole responsibility to ensure their submissions are received by the time and date specified within the document.
Some documents require payment of a specified fee before you receive a copy. If applicable, fees are indicated in the document's ad.
You can pay this fee by cheque, debit or credit card.
Option 1 – Cheque
First, fax a copy of your signed company cheque to us at 905-791-3697. Then mail or courier the cheque to:
