Video surveillance cameras are found in various Regional facilities and are used only for specific purposes related to the safety and security of people, facilities, and assets.
Any personal information is collected pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and under the authority of the Municipal Act, Section 11 and the Region's Corporate Policy on Video Surveillance.
