Help shape Peel’s new Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
We’re committed to ensuring that everyone has fair and equitable access to Peel Region’s programs, services, and public spaces.
Accessibility at Peel means making sure everyone can access, engage with, and benefit from our programs, services, facilities, information and communications, and employment.
Help develop our new plan
The insight you provide in our short survey will help us:
- Ensure that our new 2026-2030 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (MYAP) reflects the needs of people with disabilities who live and work in Peel.
- Identify, remove, and prevent barriers that people with disabilities face when trying to access our programs, services, and spaces.
The survey will take between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. It closes on April 15, 2025.
If you prefer, you can download and complete a printable version of the survey, then either email it to us or drop it off in person at Service Peel in Brampton or Mississauga.
For help completing the survey, chat with us online or call us at 905-791-7800 (toll-free at 1-888-919-7800).
A MYAP:
- Is an organization's strategy to identify, remove, and prevent barriers that make it hard for people with disabilities to access an organization’s services, products, or environment.
- Is a requirement of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
- Must be developed in consultation with persons with disabilities.
