2020 Water Festival Activities by Grade

Registration is now closed.

The Peel Children's Water Festival has been cancelled due to the challenging circumstances of COVID-19. Please direct all questions to zzg-WaterFestival@peelregion.ca.

Teachers for grades 2-5 are invited to use Heart Lake Conservation Area as a classroom, where elementary school students can learn about water and its role in our natural environment first-hand, along with a host of exciting activities and events that will leave a lasting impression.

View a slideshow that offers just a sampling of what the Peel Children's Water Festival has to offer.

The cost is $6 per student and includes bus travel and entertainment. This payment must be reserved in advance. There are no charges for teachers and chaperones.

Due to the conditions of the site, one adult supervisor is required for every eight students at the Festival.
