The basics
Navigate use your mouse, click on an area of the map and drag.Zoom by clicking on the + or – buttons in the top left corner. You can also use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out or you can double click the map to zoom in.
Finding a Centre Look for the blocks icon in the top right corner of the map. Start typing in a centre name in the text box and suggestions will begin to pop up as you type. When a selection is chosen, it will zoom to that location.
Finding an Address In the text box beside the magnifying glass , type a street address and city or a postal code into the text box and press enter or click on the magnifying glass.
Example: 10 Peel Centre Dr, Brampton
Change the map Click the the Layers tab with the multicoloured layers icon
in the right panel of the page. Uncheck or check different options to turn the data on and off.
Printing
There is a simple print feature that provices a letter-sized view of the page.
- Zoom into the location on the map that you'd like ot print
- Click the print icon on the side panel. A new page will open zoomed into that location.
- Turn the layers on or off so that you have the data you would like to see
- Print using your browser's print feature
