Spooktacular Family Fun at PAMA this October!

Brampton, ON (October 18, 2018): Mark your calendars for these two Spooktacular family-friendly events at Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) plus one great parents’ night out!

Family Fun Day: Spooktacular warm-up
Saturday, Oct. 20, 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Ready for some hands-on Halloween fun? Drop-in for these Family Fun Day arts and activities:

Halloween Spooktacular
Saturday, Oct. 27, 1 - 4:30 p.m.
Make PAMA your first stop in the downtown Brampton trick-or-treat adventure happening from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. But wait – there’s more! Continue the fun from 1 - 4 p.m. at PAMA! Visit the historic jail for eerie mystery box fun and create your very own spooktacular mixed-media-masterpiece. Spooky slime, and of course Halloween give-aways.

Both PAMA events are included with the cost of admission – $12 for a family (2 adults and up to 5 kids)! Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Parents’ Night Out! PAMA Thursdays (19+)
Thursday, Oct. 25, 6 - 10:00 p.m.
Looking for a frightfully fun way to kick-off your Halloween party weekend? Wear your favourite mask or costume to Peel’s newest social event. PAMA ThursdaysMasks and Mischief on Thursday, Oct. 25. Featuring local music from Death Party Playground and up-and-coming artist Al Quinn, food from Rick's Good Eats and drinks from GoodLot Farmstead Brewing Co. Enjoy the Chill Lounge and create or join a pop-up tour where we will uncover some of PAMA's secrets and scandals and even a few spooky ghost stories.

PAMA is a place to explore and learn about Peel Region's culture and heritage, and to converse, question and tell stories to help make new and fascinating connections to the surrounding community. Throughout the year, PAMA offers a variety of workshops and programs for all ages: students, families, adults and seniors.
