Receive your bills in one of two ways:

  • Create a stand-alone epost account that will notify you electronically when your bills are available.
  • Sign up through your major financial institutions to receive your bill when you log into your online banking.

Choose any one of the following convenient payment options:

  • Telephone/Online Banking
Contact your bank to arrange these options
  • Pre-authorized Payment
Download and complete a pre-authorized payment form (PDF, 347 KB) and fax it to 905-791-2178 or mail it to the address listed in the form.

Note: For Mississauga property owners or tenants, a new stormwater charge will be added to your water bill in 2016. If you are on a pre-authorized payment plan, the stormwater fee will be added to the amount taken.
  • At Your Bank
Most chartered banks will accept your payment before the due date. Please contact your bank for more details.
  • By Mail

If you have any other questions about your water bill please contact Customer Contact Centre at 905-791-8711. Caledon residents in long-distance areas may call 905-584-2216.
